Namence respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. Filing a notice
Send a written notice to our designated agent (below) including: (1) your physical or electronic signature, (2) identification of the copyrighted work, (3) the URL/IP of the infringing material, (4) your contact information, (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and (6) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.

3. Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notice with the same agent. Include your contact info, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and consent to jurisdiction in the federal court for your district.
4. Repeat infringers
We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and reserve the right to terminate for any single egregious infringement.
5. Misuse
Filing a knowingly false DMCA notice may expose you to liability for damages. Please consider whether the use is fair use before filing.
